El guía turístico Tom fue genial, al igual que el conductor y la guía (lo siento, no recuerdo su nombre). Nos dio información útil y también fue divertido. Fue agradable que nos contaran sobre la “Pequeña Venecia” y nos brindaran información general sobre Gran Canaria en nuestro viaje de regreso. La recogida fue eficiente y puntual. Quizás el recorrido podría haber sido un poco más largo en Puerto de Mogán, ya que es un lugar encantador. Los mercados y los restaurantes son muy buenos. Un recorrido muy agradable

Magnífica excursión a pueblo de mogan. Un pueblo muy bonito y con encanto. El guia nos ha explicado todo fantástico y el conductor super bien tambien. Lo unico que no es cierto el itenerario que se indica, en puerto rico solo se para 5 minutos y para que se bajen los del barco que ya tenian contratado el viaje, si quieres contratarlo hazlo nada mas te montes en el bus me dijo el chico, si no no puedes acceder al barco. El resto todo perfecto te dejan 3 horas libres y te recojen y te dejan en el punto de encuentro

Buena información de la guía de viaje. El conductor no tenía experiencia y aún no conocía la ruta. Causó algunos retrasos, pero en general fue solo un viaje en autobús hasta el mercado.

I thought the guide was very Kurt and irrated at guests, including me. 1. On arrival at Oasis, I said Hi and said shush! As looked at other people assuming it was them to be collected, I fact it was just me. 2. He asked for Brownsey and I confirmed that was me. He said there was one person missing, but it was an error of the booking at the hotel..my full name is Kay Marie Brownsey. 3. I asked him to please use my first name Kay. He said it didn't matter, but it does to me! 4. He told guests 2 -3 times to be patient abruptly to wait . One occasion to a group of Polish females He said its non of your business! He was trying to explain in another language to a wife whose husband has dementia alternative plans, but as he was speaking German, we had no clue what was going on! 5. Think the issue is he speaks so quickly into three languages on a poor microphone which can't be heard over the air conditioning on the bus. 6. He does this job too often and it shows. Has little empathy and tolerance, unless after a tip! 7. On the return, I was about the second last off the bus. He announced a hotel which wasn't mine, but I did ask if this was my stop as I could see my hotel in the distance, he said no. As the driver turned on the roundabout I knew I wasn't going to get dropped off.so spoke up. The driver then drove me to my collection point of the oasis. The guide said I had to be tolerant and understand there are 20 hotels! It's not my job to do his job, I am the customer. And was embarrassed Infront of the passengers. Surely he has a list of hotels and names and goes through them systematically? 8. When I got off the coach, I remarked he'd been very rude to me and he just repeated I should understand! I would never do another tour with this guide ever again. He shouldn't do a job he doesn't love, and show more respect, especially to female solo traveller. I felt this was an easy work for a bored guide, who advertises his friend s bar and no doubt gets commission from it. I hope this answers your questions . Yours, very disappointed Kay Brownsey

The guide was very good, and helpful. Lovely to have so many pick up and drop of points. If we were staying longer we would definitely have done another tour.

There was quite a long delay with various pick ups and drops off - picked up at 9.15am but didn’t arrive at Mogan until almost 10.45am. That process could be improved, especially since coming back was quick and efficient

Der Guide war super, er hat uns sehr beeindruckt mit seiner Art. Der Aufenthalt von knapp 2 Stunden auf dem Markt war zu kurz um entspannt alles sehen und shoppen zu können. Der Rückweg ging super schnell, der Hinweg hat gefühlt ewig gedauert, weil wir immer auf alle warten mussten. Bei einem Hotel standen wir mit dem Bus knapp 20 min. Lg

Para empezar han mezclado tres excursiones en una. Los del barco, la visita guiada y el resto que era ver mercadillo. Hemos tenido que ir todos hasta Puerto Rico para dejar a los del barco, media de espera en el autobús a lo tonto. Por otro lado a los de mundiplan nos dicen que nos recogen en otro hotel, no lejano, pero al resto se les ha recogido en sus hoteles. Y en el RIU concretamente hemos esperado a dos señoritas unos 10 minutos más o menos. Si todos llegamos 10 minutos tarde no hacemos la salida a Mogán?? Creo que la puntualidad debe ser respetada y el que no esté a la hora, se queda en tierra. Y la vuelta bien exceptuando que nos ha dejado el autobús en otro hotel y siendo las 14'50 horas, casi no llegamos a la comida por el horario de comedor. La hora de vuelta que se nos dijo eran las 14'30. Así que no creo que vuelva a coger otra excursión.

Él viaje estuvo muy bien, nos divertimos mucho con el Guía que nos tocó y si forma peculiar de comentar todo. conocimos el Puerto y sus mercadillos. lo único negativo es que fuimos los primeros en recogernos y dimos mucha vuelta por todos lados recogiendo a los otros pasajero. En vez fuimos los primeros en quedarnos a la vuelta! gracias por todo la comunicación con la Agencia excelente

El autobús llegó 20 minutos tarde. Luego, la gente tuvo que ser llevada del autobús al barco en Puerto Rico. Luego también acabamos en un atasco. En total, estuvimos una hora y media en la carretera para un viaje de apenas 25 km. Al llegar a Mogán, le dije al guía que nuestro viaje de regreso sería en taxi. A las 14:00 me llamaron para preguntarme dónde estábamos. El autobús nos estaba esperando. Entonces le dije de nuevo que habíamos tomado un taxi de 40 euros de vuelta a nuestro hotel. Ha sido un viaje caótico. La próxima vez alquilaré un coche yo mismo

very good online purchase, but you should give a little discount on it because you get the full price instead using reseller ;-) I dislike big groups and also the big busses on these tiny little streets. I would pay more for smaller groups. The guide did a great job es well as the bus driver.

El puerto de Mogán nos gustó mucho y las casitas de colores con las buganvillas son realmente bonitas, que pena que el resto de zonas turísticas no sean igual de bonitas. La excursión muy bien organizada y el guía dio buenas explicaciones aunque realmente la mayoría del tiempo estuvimos disfrutando de Mogán.
