Our company's management was directly involved in drawing up the Protocol of Good Practices regarding COVID-19 in the excursion and complementary leisure sector, which is now one of the reference documents in the Canary Islands. - To respect the interpersonal safety distance. If this is not possible, the correct use of a mask covering the nose and mouth is mandatory.
- Within the means of transport, the mask must be correctly worn at all times.
- To use hand sanitizer before and after entering the bus, boat and toilets, as well as other establishments (TIG, CIG).
- Exchanging seats is strictly forbidden.
- Families and/or cohabitants can maintain a distance of less than 1.5 meters.
- To organise and explain the rules for entering and exiting the means of transport and the correct use of doors/stairs/ramps in relation to the seats occupied.
- To respect the given directions and traffic zones while keeping a safe distance.
