On our visit to Las Palmas you will enjoy some free time in the 2 largest shopping centres on the island as well as rounding off the day with a visit to the famous Poema del Mar Aquarium.

We will start by visiting Los Alisios Shopping Centre, the largest open-air shopping centre on the island, where you can shop in the big brand shops or have a snack. Next we will go to Las Arenas Shopping Centre, where you will also find a wide range of shopping and food as well as leisure activities at your disposal. Did you know that it has the best urban beach in Europe just a few metres away? If you cross the street you can walk along the long promenade of Las Canteras, enjoy watching the waves crashing on La Barra or have your photo taken at the impressive Alfredro Kraus Auditorium. Fancy a drink on a terrace? This is the best place!

Finally, we head to one of the most spectacular aquariums: Poema del Mar, where you can get to know the different species that cohabit inside and be fascinated by the different areas you'll find.

In the Jungle you will see amphibians and fish, but also dangerous species such as scorpions, crocodiles and even an imitation of the Tsingy Nature Reserve in Madagascar!

In the Reef area you will find turtles, seahorses, different corals and even an area for children to observe the different coloured fish typical of coral reefs up close.

And last but not least, the Deep Ocean area: a huge glass window where you will see the majestic shark as you go through a tunnel underneath this magnificent species! Don't forget to take spectacular photos at the end: it's a sight that will leave you speechless!
