Rally Islas Canarias
Hello hello, motor lovers!
Are you ready to feel the adrenaline pumping? Rally Islas Canarias, one of the most awaited events in the European motorsport world, roars again on our roads on the 24th of April. And at LCT Europe, we couldn't be more excited!
For those of you who don't know it, the Rally Islas Canarias is much more than a race: it is a unique experience that combines the adrenaline of competition with the beauty of our landscapes. Imagine high-powered cars challenging impossible curves, with the sea and the mountains as a backdrop - it's pure madness!
This 49th edition promises to be epic with world-class drivers such as Evans-Martin, Ogier-Landais or Llarena-Fernandez fighting for the best times. In addition, we will have the honour of seeing four-time rally champion Lukyanuk driving the zero car - a real highlight!
Without making too much spoiler, we advance you that the cars will pass through some of the most emblematic areas of the island as Tejeda, Firgas or Teror. Each curve will be a spectacle!
Here are a few tips to help you enjoy the rally if you decide to go and see it:
- Arrive early: The best places fill up fast and the roads close, so get there early.
- Sun protection: The sun in the Canary Islands can be intense so bring sunscreen and a hat - the only thing that burns are the engines!
- Camera: You'll want to capture every skid... if you have time!
- Food and drink: We recommend that you pack your backpack with plenty of snacks so you don't miss out on anything.
- Caution: safety first, so respect the marked areas and the instructions of the officers.
